A wise person once told me, “Wherever you are on your journey, keep walking”. It was 2003 and I was about 280 miles into a 500 mile journey across northern Spain called El Camino de Santiago, and I wasn’t sure my feet would support me all the way. “The blisters, for starters…” I was thinking. This was supposed to be fun, a spiritual adventure to find out more about the core of me- who am I? But I was finding that my perception of this journey was sometimes overwhelming. 500 miles after all, was this even sane?

The wise person I speak of, the one with the serendipitous advice to keep walking, came from CNN. The only english speaking station in all of Spain, as near as I could tell. I say serendipitous because it came at that very moment when I was pleading with any angelic, universal or omni-present being I could think of to give me the guidance about continuing my journey. Sound familiar? A commercial for keepwalking.org. ~ “Wherever you are on your journey, keep walking”. What grand creators we are, I think to myself in hindsight. Giving myself a message on CNN.

I decided that I could lighten my load to make the walking easier and one lovely pair of good quality supportive sandals ended up by the side of the road in a plastic bag under a tree just outside of Leon. They were sacrificed in favor of a pair of Nike Air’s. I later told a German friend that I had met along the way that I had decided to keep walking, but had to leave behind some things, including the sandals. A couple months later I received this e-mail from her- a beautiful testament to me that sometimes the things we leave behind, the things we feel are no longer serving us and weighing us down, can be the very things that help another along their journey in a constant spiral of experiences.

I was walking the portugese camino, and when I came back to spain, I stayed in Poriño, there I met a Italian Guy,who is so greatful, that
you exist…
He actually found your sandales right after Leon, and they suited him
perfectly. So he took them, left his boots behind. He told me the next
day he felt like flying so he did 60k’s in them. When I told him, that
I know the girl, the sandales belonged once he asked me to say thank
you for him.
He’s walking now everyday in your sandales, thinking of what kind of
person they might belong. So when I told him he was so happy to know
that. He’s going on another 400 k’s to fatima in YOUR SANDALES.
So this is how the camino works.
I had a nice time in portugal and a great time back in spain. Now I’m
on my way to Kap de finisterre, which is such a great walk. Will be
there in 2 days, than my camino is over. The best thing I ever could
do….

To love truly, deeply, consciously love every part of my creation is freedom. It is self-trust. Ahmyo.

I am in utter awe that I would trust myself this much in my creations. I am in utter awe at how many other people I see trusting themselves this much. Really going for it in our creations, not settling form mediocrity or knowing only a portion of our soul. Collectively, I am inspired by us moving to new levels of existence and experience in our creations.

Then, seemingly suddenly, DRAMA pops in and I forget that drama has often been a part of the other creations at the beginning. It has my mind spinning and can easily drudge up all kinds of other emotions~ angry, self-pity, longing, blame and just general dis-taste for the situation at hand. Someone said the other day that drama will end when it ceases to entertain us. I found this intriguing and checked in about it with this response:

“The Drama is part of your creation and will never stop. It is your perception of the drama that allows it to unfold like a beautiful rose or a strike of lightening. Both are dramatic experiences, dynamic and expressive in different ways. It is exponential. Perception builds on itself until what is created is beyond imagining from a flat linear space. Perfection perceived builds more perfection and judgment or ridicule perceived builds more of the same. Because the light quotient differs between these two very different creations, the effect they have on consciousness is dependant on the person observing them. The more neutral the observer, the more potent the creation can be and the more easily the energy of it is directed into the creation of your choice.”

Yes! Yes! I create the perception that all is in total and complete irrefutable chaos. Then the game begins! From that chaos I choose and I act on that choosing. This dance goes so much deeper than merely dancing with energies. I weave, with perception, a kind of alchemy that changes the form of the energy. It is like literally pulling in the exact particles necessary to have them collapse into the form of my choice. It is CREATION! Here I see my conscious breathing is the field for playing this game on. It is where all the magic takes place. That field expands or contracts in direct relationship to my conscious breath. This is the space where I access the shift that spirals out into the world around me. Then it all becomes free again, creative and empowering. ~ Best wishes that you have fun with your creations!

With perception we add the whimsy to the musical, the drama to the play, the big picture emerges from perception. Even our mind in it’s relentless attempts at domination falls into deafening silence when our choices originate from our true heart. Old consciousness taught that particular words hold certain vibrations.  New Consciousness knows that what is accessed in the Now moment is the truth- the core resonance of any given word or phrase is ever-changing.  This concludes that what you are reading now, this New Consciousness material, is not static but rather growing, expanding and evolving with consciousness.
